SPEAK WHAT YOU SEEK UNTIL YOU SEE WHAT YOU SPEAK. Speak what you seek, until you see what you say. Find a promise. Speak God's Word. For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword. Align your will with God's divine will. What is the principle of promise-time harvesting?
Harvesting requires some maintenance. First, the gathering of the promises. Then, the sowing (hide them in your heart so they take root). Next, meditating (committed reflection). Also, rebuking the weeds of doubt, worry, lies and fear that come up to choke the Word. Finally, activating (speaking the promises) the wondrous promises of God. We are blessed to have His assurance that will strengthen us in times of desperate and urgent need. Become a promise speaker.
King Pharoah woke up with a dream. Joseph interpreted Pharoah's dream and warned him about a famine that was coming. The dream advised Pharoah to reserve food for the seven years of famine that was to come upon Egypt, so that the country may not be ruined by the famine. (Genesis 41:36)
How many of God's promises have you hid in your heart?
What are you speaking over your life daily to avoid being ruined by tough times? We ought to be speaking His promises back to Him.
I challenge you to gather His wondrous promises. There is an abundance of promises in the bible. You can write them on notecards. Put them on post it notes in prominent places where you can see them in your home, work office or car. Listen to an audio-recording with your voice of the promises. Or create a more efficient and effective way of learning and knowing them that works best for you.
Meditate on them. Speak His promises daily with thanksgiving. Select ONE promise for each area of challenge and hide it in your heart. Walk with it. Talk with it. Everything is subjected to God's sovereign will. He sees more than we do and knows what's best for us. Don't wait for the storms to show up. Be prepared.
If there is a particular need in your life - in your health, finances, relationships, home - speak the promises related to that need. Align your will with God's divine will. Speak what you seek, until you see what you speak. God wants to provide your sufficiency in every area of your life. Depend on Him. It is a relationship of trust. Come boldly unto the throne of grace. We have the petitions we request. Demonstrate an attitude of thanksgiving.
Start to create the life you desire and deserve with the tool of declaration. Do it intentionally. Set the intention to speak God's promises. God wants to prosper you.
I encourage you to develop the skill of quoting His scriptures to obtain His promises with faith. It is through faith that kingdoms were subdued, promises were obtained, the mouths of lions were stopped. (Hebrews 11:33)
Seek God with His promises. HE rewards those who diligently seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6)
On a personal note, one of my personal favourite promises is Psalm 5:12. I speak this over my life daily. I catch myself saying it, thinking it throughout the day. I meditate on it. I feel it. I believe it! I have committed to meditating on it.
The benefits of HIS favour is manifested in the success I have with my clients. All praise to God.
I implore you, if you haven't yet, to start gathering His wondrous promises. Search the scriptures and gather God's promises. Learn them. Know them. Speak what you seek over your life, your family, throughout the day, everyday with faith and thanksgiving, until you see what you speak - the glorious manifestations of His goodness, blessings, and grace. Believe and enter into rest. Amen.
Do not let this book of law depart from your mouth. Meditate on it day and night, so be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. (Joshua 1:8)
I support you.
